Candles to decorate your bathroom,
Incense of choice,
Favourite bath foam,
Sheet of paper,
Rose Quuartz or pink coloured stone from garden,
Time to relax undisturbed,
Light the candles and incense as your bath water runs,
Write your wishes on the piece of paper and believe it to be,
Step into your bath and leave all the doubts and fears on the bathroom floor,
Hold the Rose quartz in your hand for this is the stone of Pure Love,
Ask your Guardian Angel to come into your life and guide you,
Recite these words to yourself or out loud,
Powers that be come into my life and show me the way,
Open my eyes to now and close them to the Past,
Set me free so happiness I can find,
Let this water cleanse me of old thoughts and habits,
Please stay near me for if I should slip I will need you to catch me,
Let all others who also hurt like me be healed this day,
Blessed be me for I am Loved,
It is very important to believe in yourself,
And remember when things are done for the good they always succeed,

Burn the paper to ash and let the memories burn with it,
